Eligibility/Qualification
- PhD in Biomedical Sciences, Bioinformatics, Stem Cell Biology, Epigenetics, Computational Biology, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of postdoctoral experience with a strong publication record.
- Expertise in at least two of the following areas:
- AI/machine learning for biological modeling.
- Epigenetics (DNA methylation, chromatin analysis).
- Stem cell research (iPSC culture, differentiation, organoids).
- Experience with CRISPR, organoid technology, or mRNA therapeutics is a plus.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in interdisciplinary settings.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
Job Description
The successful candidate will lead independent projects, mentor students, secure external funding, and publish in top-tier journals. The research will involve developing AI/multimodal models to simulate virtual neural stem cells or organoids, investigating epigenetic regulation in stem cell fate decisions, and exploring translational applications like AI-guided therapies.
