- Ability to troubleshoot laboratory problems and independently execute experiments

Job Description: As a Postdoctoral Research Associate, your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting cell/tissue culture experiments, including organoid cultures
- Performing immunofluorescence/immunochemistry experiments on fixed tissue sections
- Conducting high-resolution imaging on confocal and widefield imaging systems
- Performing time-lapse imaging on confocal and light sheet imaging systems
- Performing single-cell tissue dissociations
- Analyzing single-cell datasets
- Performing protein extractions and analyzing mass spectrometry data
- Maintaining detailed records of experiments and data
- Regularly communicating with the lab members and supervisor
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience: Essential Criteria:
- PhD/submitted thesis and/or awaiting award in Biological Sciences or a related discipline
- Research experience in Biological Sciences
- Experience in cell/tissue culture
- Experience in immunofluorescence and fluorescent imaging systems
- Ability to troubleshoot laboratory problems and execute experiments independently
- Strong collaborative skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience with time-lapse imaging
- Experience with single-cell RNA sequencing
- Experience with human cell/tissue culture
- Familiarity with organoid culture systems
