Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead research planning and conduct projects adhering to project deliverables.
  2. Design and synthesize small self-assembling molecule systems as part of a team.
  3. Establish an independent research profile and enhance the university’s research impact.
  4. Survey research literature, implement strategies for project requirements.
  5. Present work at conferences and enhance the research profile.
  6. Identify potential funding sources and assist in proposal development.
  7. Develop collaborations with colleagues and external partners.
  8. Organize and mentor students and less experienced team members.
  9. Perform administrative tasks related to group activities, including budget management.
  10. Possibly contribute to teaching activities as assigned.
  11. Stay updated with advancements in the field.
  12. Engage in personal and professional development.
  13. Undertake additional duties as required.
  14. Contribute to the university’s international profile.
