Job Description: The Research Associate/ Fellow will be responsible for:

  • Modifying electrodes using ionic liquids and poly(ionic liquid)s.
  • Assembling electrochemical cells and instrumentation.
  • Performing electrochemical characterisation using techniques such as cyclic voltammetry, chronoamperometry, and square wave voltammetry.
  • Conducting data analysis and methodological development.
  • Writing scientific journal articles and disseminating results at meetings and conferences.
  • Assisting with the supervision of PhD and Honours students.
  • Collaborating with other experimental teams.
