Eligibility/Qualification:
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and ambitious research associate to join the Leukaemic Stem Cell Niche (LSCN) group at the University of Manchester, led by Dr Simona Valletta. You will hold a PhD in a relevant area, and you will be an expert in malignant haematopoiesis and leukaemia. A strong publication record in high-impact peer-reviewed journals is a prerequisite, as is the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will have strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage and independently lead, innovate, and complete your own research project. You will have bioinformatics expertise and experience in bulk and single cell RNAseq analysis.
