Research Area:
The focus of this position is on inflammation research, particularly NLRP3-dependent inflammation, which is implicated in various diseases.
Eligibility/Qualification:
- A PhD (or expected shortly) in cell biology, immunology, or a related field, ideally with neuroscience experience.
- Strong technical skills in cell and molecular biology, microscopy, flow cytometry.
- Experience working with murine models, preferably models of inflammation.
Job Description:
- Conduct research on the regulation of the NLRP3 inflammasome.
- Collaborate with labs led by Prof. David Brough, Prof. Martin Lowe, and Prof. Kevin Couper.
- Employ and develop techniques in molecular biology and microscopy.
- Participate in our training program spanning all areas of the project.
