Eligibility/Qualification:
- PhD degree in Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related disciplines (or close to obtaining).
- Strong background in semiconductor physics.
- Experience with metal halide perovskite semiconductors is desirable but not essential.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will:
- Conduct experimental studies on doping mechanisms for perovskite semiconductors, aiming to enhance their utility in various optoelectronic devices.
- Carry out measurements of electrical transport coefficients and engage in electrochemical, spectroscopic, microstructural, and device studies.
- Collaborate closely with research teams at the Universities of Cambridge and Oxford, as well as Princeton University.
- Participate in extended research visits to Princeton, USA.
- Actively engage with other researchers and PhD students on related projects at both national and international levels.
