Job Description:
The successful candidate will join the Gibson Group in the Department of Chemistry and contribute to the synthesis and characterization of advanced polymers and polymer nanoparticles. Key responsibilities include:
- Utilizing controlled polymerization techniques, especially RAFT and ring-opening polymerization.
- Performing polymer/protein bioconjugation.
- Engaging in extensive (bio) analytical measurements, including cryo-microscopy.
- Collaborating within a positive research environment to advance the group’s research culture.
The position is fixed term for 24 months, starting from 1 October 2024.
