Job Description:

Join a vibrant and internationally recognized research group under the supervision of Prof. Nadav Amdursky. This research project seeks to develop fully biodegradable, protein-based films derived from waste side-streams. Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting research on mechanistic principles of protein-based materials.
  • Utilizing advanced characterisation methods to evaluate mechanical properties, biodegradability, and nutrient release.
  • Incorporating sustainability principles through green chemistry, techno-economic analysis, and life-cycle assessments.
