Research Associate (Laboratory of Dr. Yan Ge): The ICGEB China Regional Research Center (ICGEB China RRC) is seeking a highly motivated Research Associate to join the laboratory of Dr. Yan Ge. The successful candidate will contribute to the center’s efforts in developing novel vaccines, biologics, and diagnostic assays, with a focus on autoimmune and immune-related diseases.

Eligibility/Qualification:
- Ph.D. Degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field
- Previous research experience in drug development and a proven track record of research excellence
Job Description:
- Develop, conduct, and manage research projects on autoimmune and immune-related diseases and drug development
- Establish new experimental techniques and systems
- Supervise and mentor the research activities of junior staff and students
- Apply for fellowships, research awards, and grants, and assist the PI with grant applications
- Participate in the RRC’s training, research, and capacity-building activities
- Perform other work-related duties as required
