Eligibility/Qualification:

Job Description:
- Investigate roles of long noncoding RNAs, RNA-binding proteins, and miRNAs in thermoresilience.
- Study interplays between RNA recognition, sequence motifs, and structure.
- Examine the impact of RNA-binding proteins on splicing of in vivo target transcripts.
- Explore biotechnological applications for manipulating splicing patterns in crop plants.
- Conduct bioinformatics analysis of iCLIP data.
- Investigate functions of RNA-binding proteins in translational regulation and stress granule formation.
