Job Description: The Research Associate will contribute to the SMOOTH project by conducting proof-of-concept experiments and collating data related to Sphagnum Moss establishment on restored peatlands. Key responsibilities include understanding Sphagnum responses to extreme conditions, characterizing temporospatial patterns of Sphagnum establishment, and assessing the integration of Sphagnum data into peatland modeling efforts.
