Eligibility/Qualifications:
- A PhD in Chemical Sciences / Molecular Chemistry (or an equivalent qualification).
- Solid experience in organic synthesis and spectroscopy of photo-active systems.
- High motivation and ability to work independently in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (B2 level required).
Job Description:
The successful candidate will undertake the following key tasks:
- Design, synthesise, and characterise organic dye molecules.
- Characterise their photophysical properties in both solution and solid states.
- Improve synthesis procedures and techniques.
- Conduct NMR characterisation of the organic dyes.
- Present results clearly and effectively to team members and collaborators.
- Engage in collaborative discussions both internally and externally.
