Eligibility/Qualification

  • Highly motivated and ambitious individuals with a background in computational and laboratory science.
  • Experience in running computational biology simulations or coding.
  • Familiarity with laboratory techniques associated with cancer biology (e.g., flow cytometry, Western blotting).
  • Willingness to learn additional techniques such as immunofluorescence imaging and gene expression analysis.

Job Description

As a Research Fellow, you will:

  • Lead an interdisciplinary research project funded by Leukaemia UK.
  • Produce high-quality academic publications and present your findings nationally and internationally.
  • Collaborate daily with laboratory scientists, computational biologists, and clinical academic colleagues.
  • Integrate published datasets with new results to pioneer innovative cancer treatment approaches.
  • Communicate effectively across disciplines with scientists, clinicians, and non-expert audiences.
