Eligibility/Qualification
For Level A – Postdoctoral Research Associate:
- Completed a PhD or equivalent research experience in genomics, infectious disease epidemiology, bioinformatics, or related quantitative disciplines.

- Advanced skills in programming languages (Python, R) and analytical methodologies.
For Level B – Research Fellow (additional requirements):
- Completed PhD with at least 2 years of further related research experience.
- Established research profile with a record of publications and presentations.
Job Description
- Conduct original research on the genomics of co-circulating pathogens.
- Analyze data from advanced genomics technologies, especially targeted metagenomics with deep sequencing (Illumina, Oxford Nanopore).
- Develop and apply computational and statistical methods for data analysis.
- Mentor junior academics and supervise postgraduate students.
- Maintain and organize dynamic research datasets and ensure quality in research outputs.
