Eligibility/Qualification:
- PhD (or near completion) in Computational Materials Chemistry or related discipline
- Experience in Defect Chemistry Analysis
- Proficiency in Machine Learning for Materials Science
- Proficient in Python Programming
- Expertise in Electronic structure analysis of solids
- Experience with phonon calculations, VASP Code, and Phonon Calculations
Job Description:
The Research Fellow will be responsible for computationally exploring new semiconducting oxides for transparent conducting oxide and power electronics applications. They will conduct original research, contribute to the project’s measurable outcomes, and engage in management and administration activities within the School and across the University.
