Eligibility/Qualification: Candidates with a Master’s degree (MSc) are welcome to apply, though preference will be given to those with a PhD or equivalent research experience. Experience in data analysis related to ecology and evolution is required, particularly in one or more of the following areas:

  • Analysis of (meta)genomic and/or transcriptomic data
  • Advanced geometric morphometric analyses
  • Multivariate statistics/machine learning and analysis of high-dimensional data
  • Phylogenetic analysis with molecular dating
  • Advanced scripting/programming in R
  • Development of ShinyApps
  • Use of high-performance computing for bioinformatic/morphometric/biological data analysis

Job Description: The successful candidate will conduct data analysis within the broad field of ecology and evolution. Responsibilities include analyzing complex datasets, developing computational models, and contributing to the design and execution of research projects.
