Research Area: Infectious Diseases Genomics

Eligibility/Qualification:
- PhD in bacterial genetics, genomics, or related fields
- Proven track record in analytical research and publication
- A demonstrated capacity to collate, curate and analyse large bacterial genome datasets
- Proficiency in Python/R for data analysis and visualisation
- Experience in managing international research partnerships
Job Description: As a Research Fellow, you’ll lead a collaborative effort to gather and organize publicly available K. pneumoniae genome data. You’ll also develop a pioneering genomic clone risk framework, shaping future surveillance strategies and vaccine development.
