Research Fellow – Mathematical Modelling: The London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine (LSHTM) seeks a Research Fellow to contribute to the project ‘Building an epidemiological toolkit for pandemic preparedness’, funded by UKRI. The role involves utilizing applied category theory to develop modular, reusable epidemiological models integrated with decision theory models to enhance policy-making informed by mathematical modelling. The successful candidate will work in collaboration with experts from LSHTM and the University of Swansea on modelling measles virus and SARS-CoV-2, using data from the SAIL Databank.
