Job Description
The Research Fellow will:
- Design, synthesize, and characterize water-soluble redox-active molecules.
- Evaluate the electrochemical performance of these molecules in aqueous organic flow batteries and electrochemical CO2 capture systems.
- Work independently to design synthetic routes, manage research projects, and publish high-quality research outputs.
- Analyze chemical properties using NMR, LC-MS, IR, and other techniques.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and contribute to reports, papers, or patents.
Preferred Experience:
- Familiarity with green chemistry, electrosynthesis, or electrochemistry.
- Ability to supervise students.
