Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Synthesizing and characterizing air/moisture-sensitive materials using mechanochemical techniques.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams for scaling up successful reactions and data analysis.
- Preparing reports and manuscripts under the PI’s supervision.
- Supporting laboratory management and health & safety duties.
- Presenting research findings at national and international conferences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop research objectives and proposals with guidance.
- Contribute to research funding bids and analyze data.
- Disseminate findings through publications and seminars.
- Oversee student research efforts when appropriate.
- Manage and coordinate research activities effectively.
