Eligibility/Qualification
- Must be a national of a CERN Member State or Associate Member State (few exceptions possible annually).
- PhD required by the application deadline (or to be obtained within six months).
- No more than 6 years of research experience post-PhD.
- Must have never held a CERN fellow or graduate contract before.
- Proficient in English or French.
Job Description
As a Research Fellow, you will:
- Conduct research in experimental physics within a CERN research group.
- Contribute to CERN’s experimental physics programme using large-scale scientific instruments.
- Collaborate with physicists and engineers in studies of particle interactions.
- Develop and pursue your own research interests within the Fellowship framework.
