Eligibility/Qualification
- MSc degree in a relevant field (PhD preferred).
- Demonstrable experience in one or more of the following:
- Analysis of genomic and/or transcriptomic data
- Advanced geometric morphometric analyses
- Multivariate statistics/machine learning and analysis of high-dimensional data
- Experience with multi-omic/multi-view/multi-block methods
- Phylogenetic analysis with molecular dating using fossil calibrations, phylogenetic comparative methods, and/or analysis of diversification
- Advanced scripting/programming in R
- Development of ShinyApps
- Using high performance computing (e.g., clusters) for bioinformatic/morphometric/biological data analysis
- Strong publication record in respectable ISI journals can compensate for lack of a PhD.
Job Description
The selected candidate will engage in advanced data analysis within the broad field of ecology and evolution.
Specific tasks include:
- Performing genomic and transcriptomic data analysis.

Selection Process
