- Focus: WP3 – Understanding the molecular mechanisms of mechanotransduction
- Tasks:
- Biophysical studies on single-molecule dynamics
- Fluorescence microscopy, protein interaction analysis
- Experiments in primary neurons and organotypic models
- Supervision of Ph.D. students and lab management

- Focus: WP1 – Design of genetic constructs and study of gene expression modulation
- Tasks:
- Development of inducible macromolecular switches
- Molecular cloning, vector construction, and protein expression
