Research Area
- Stochastic models in biology and biochemistry, including genealogical processes influenced by mutation, selection, and recombination.
- Probability distributions relevant to biological macromolecules, such as RNA secondary structures.

Eligibility/Qualification
- Completed scientific university degree (Master or equivalent) in mathematics, biomathematics, or mathematical statistical physics.
- PhD in mathematics, biomathematics, or mathematical statistical physics.
- Solid knowledge in probability theory.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Independent, self-reliant, and committed.
- Strong team-working abilities.
Job Description
- Conduct research on stochastic models in biology and biochemistry (100%) until December 2026.
- From January 1, 2027, research focus will shift to 70%.
- Engage in teaching responsibilities (4 LVS, 25%).
- Participate in organizational and administrative tasks within the group (5%).
