About- The National Centre for Cell Science (NCCS) is an autonomous institution of Department of Biotechnology, Ministry of Science & Technology, Government of India, for a mandate of basic research, teaching & training, and as a national repository for cell lines/hybridomas etc. The centre is located in the midst of academically enriched environment of University of Savitribai Phule Pune Campus, Pune. NCCS invites applications for following posts on various extramural projects purely on temporary basis.

Eligibility/Qualification-
- Lab Assistant: B.Sc. or 3yr Diploma Engineering/Technology; relevant lab experience preferred.
- Project Associate I/II: Master’s Degree in Natural/Agricultural Sciences or Bachelor’s in Engineering/Technology/Medicine; PA II requires 2 yrs of R&D experience.
- Research Associate I: PhD/MD/MS/MDS or 3 yrs of research after Master’s/MTech; SCI journal publication.
- Senior Project Associate: Master’s + 4 yrs R&D experience OR Doctoral degree.
- Project Scientist I/III: Doctoral in Science or Master’s in Engg./Tech., higher experience for Scientist III.
- Project Manager: Doctoral/Master’s with 20 yrs relevant experience.
- JRF/SRF: Relevant Postgraduate/Graduate in Basic/Professional Science; SRF requires 2 years’ experience.
- Project Assistant: Bachelor’s in Science/3yr Diploma—lab experience preferred.
