Eligibility/Qualification:
- PhD in biological sciences/immunology/virology
- Practical experience in cellular and molecular immunology
- Theoretical and/or practical experience in virology
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proven record in scientific writing
Job Description: The LunaNova Fellow will lead studies characterizing immune ageing in ME/CFS patients. Responsibilities include assessing endogenous eukaryotic viruses, immune function, and ageing in patient-derived samples. The role involves developing protocols for multi-parameter deep single-cell immune phenotyping and functional profiling, with a focus on the impact of microbes/microbial products on immune cell ageing.
