Eligibility/Qualification
- Master’s degree in micro- and nanotechnologies, materials science, chemistry, electronics, or closely related fields.
- Experience in cleanroom fabrication.
- Expertise in one or more process areas: deposition, lithography, etching, and back-end processes.
- Knowledge of microelectronics materials.
- Skills in process and materials characterization.
- Device modeling and design experience is beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
Job Description
As a Research Scientist in MEMS Fabrication, you will:
- Develop innovative MEMS processes in collaboration with other process development experts.
- Address challenges in introducing new materials and processing methods.
- Integrate processes for novel MEMS components together with device designers.
- Characterize processes and results effectively.
- Identify and solve key issues within your domain of expertise.
- Communicate and collaborate on problem-solving with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
