Job Description:
Research Scientist/Postdoctoral Associate in Computational Chemistry/Biophysics
The ideal candidate will engage in various interdisciplinary projects within the laboratory. This includes characterizing transient conformational states of biomolecular complexes, discovering novel chemotypes for drug targets using AI and machine learning, understanding GPCR functional selectivity at an atomic level, and deepening knowledge of alphaIIbeta3 and alphaVbeta3 activation and ligand-binding. Responsibilities include utilizing computational structural biology, cheminformatics, and AI-based approaches, conducting molecular dynamics simulations, metadynamics, machine learning, and more.
