Job Description
The researcher will be responsible for developing and characterizing macrophage-carbon nanotube hybrids aimed at targeted delivery of methotrexate (MTX) to treat rheumatoid arthritis. Key activities include:
- Conjugation of MTX and a fluorophore onto carbon nanotubes (CNTs) via specific linkers.
- Preparation and characterization of macrophage-CNT hybrids using various techniques (e.g., transmission electron microscopy, Western blot, confocal microscopy).
- Contributing ideas for new research projects, compiling results for publication, and presenting findings.
