Description
With nearly 10 million lives claimed annually, cancer remains one of the leading causes of mortality worldwide, highlighting the urgent need for more effective treatments. This project will address challenges in developing drug delivery systems that ensure cytosolic delivery, therapeutic efficacy, safety, long-term stability, and compliance with scalable manufacturing standards. The research will utilize coarse-grained molecular simulations alongside experimental validation to uncover insights into the assembly and disassembly of nanoparticles under various physiological conditions.
