Eligibility/Qualification
- Applicants must hold a completed Master’s degree or be enrolled in the final year of their Master’s degree program.
- Candidates from abroad must meet equivalent academic requirements.
- Submission of proof of completed master’s education or Certificate of Equivalency is required before enrollment.
Description
Full-time doctoral students receive a monthly scholarship of approximately €1025.50, which may increase to around €1,194 after passing qualification exams by the end of the second year. There are no taxes on these scholarships, and additional funding may be available for outstanding students. Doctoral studies are designed to cultivate high-level scientific research skills and significant contributions to the field. Employment during studies is typically not allowed; thus, external candidates may consider applying for external (distance) doctoral studies.
