Job Description:
As a Research Scientist in the Single Molecule Sensing Group, the successful candidate will be involved in:
- Leveraging DNA nanotechnology to precisely position molecules and arrange functions on the nanoscale to build new nanosensors and nanodevices.
- Employing single-molecule fluorescence imaging techniques to study and visualize molecular processes with unparalleled sensitivity and resolution.
- Conducting mechanistic studies on photophysical properties of fluorescence labels to optimize their performance in high-end imaging applications.
- Developing and optimizing novel fluorescence-based tools to investigate the stability and addressability of nanoscale devices.
