Eligibility/Qualification
- Completed scientific degree in Biology, Veterinary Medicine, Medicine, or a comparable field.
- Knowledge and experience in lung anatomy, physiology, and development.
- Proficiency in bioinformatics tools and statistical methods.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent command of English.
Job Description
- Conduct molecular, cellular, physiological, and histological studies on disturbed lung development.
- Decode genetic/epigenetic signatures and molecular pathways leading to cellular senescence and lung damage.
- Investigate inter-organ communication using advanced ex vivo models (e.g., precision-cut lung slices, organoids).
- Plan and execute animal experiments independently.
- Analyze experimental results and prepare scientific presentations and manuscripts.
- Participate in prestigious graduate programs in lung research.
- Present findings at scientific conferences.
