Job Description:
The selected candidate will be part of the MERKUR-funded project and will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Conducting research tasks in the development of new photosensitizers for photocatalytic disinfection.
- Collaborating with the group of Dr. J. Karges at RUB.
- In-depth work in the fields of organic synthesis and polymer chemistry.
- Applying knowledge in photochemistry and nanoscience.
- Learning and applying microbiological methods.
- Evaluating and documenting results, writing manuscripts for publication.
- Strong communication and collaboration within an international team.
- Contributing to the maintenance of laboratory operations.
