Eligibility/Qualification:
- Hold a PhD degree from a recognized higher education institution before the 23rd of February 2024.
- Not have resided or carried out the main activity (work, studies, etc.) in Cyprus for more than 12 months in the 3 years immediately before the call of application deadline.
