Eligibility/Qualification
- For UK/Republic of Ireland Students: Must meet specific residency criteria, eligible for awards covering fees at the UK/Republic of Ireland rate, and receiving a maintenance grant (stipend) of £20,780 for full-time study.
- For International Applicants: Eligible for awards covering UK/Republic of Ireland fees with the University covering the difference to international fees. A maximum of 30% of scholarships awarded to International students.
- Students must not have commenced their doctoral study prior to applying.
Job Description
The studentship covers 3.5 years of funding, which includes a 3-month placement designed to provide real-world experience. A travel fund of £1,000 will also be available for the placement. A limited number of awards include an additional year of funding for a Master’s degree for eligible applicants.
