Job Description:
As the Senior Postdoctoral Research Scientist, you will:
- Lead and coordinate research on malaria chemoprevention in collaboration with the Malaria Consortium.
- Engage with key stakeholders to ensure data sharing on malaria chemoprevention studies.
- Address research questions using available data and mentor PhD students and staff within the IDDO Science Team.
- Contribute to grant applications and produce scientific reports and publications, with the aim of delivering results to high-profile journals.
- Conduct in-depth analyses of various datasets within the field.
Eligibility/Qualification:
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Hold a PhD/DPhil in clinical medicine or biomedical research.
- Possess previous research experience in a related field.
- Demonstrate practical success in solving quantitative problems.
- Exhibit strong and effective communication skills, both orally and in writing, for presenting research results clearly to diverse audiences.
- Experience working with biomedical data is highly desirable.
