Eligibility/Qualification:
For Senior Postdoctoral Researcher:
- PhD in a biomedical or biological-related field.
- Strong experience in:
- Cellular biology
- Multi-parameter flow cytometry
- Gene editing
- Transcriptomic profiling (Single-Cell Sequencing expertise is a plus)
- Prior supervision experience of master’s and PhD students.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
For PhD Candidate:
- Strong interest in research related to 3D kidney model development.
- Good teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Previous laboratory experience (preferably a 1-year post-graduate fellowship) is a plus.
Job Description:
The successful candidates will work on:
- Investigating the immune mechanisms driving steroid-sensitive nephrotic syndrome through multi-omics approaches.
- Developing and studying complex 3D renal structures, including kidney-on-chip and organoid models.
- Collaborating closely with clinical and academic teams within the Pediatric Nephrology and Dialysis-Kidney Transplantation Unit.
