Scholarship Description
The Skoltech PhD programs offer a vibrant international environment with courses and supervision by world-renowned scientists and engineers. Eligibility
To be eligible for the PhD program, applicants must:
- Hold an M.Sc. degree or equivalent from a recognized institution in a relevant area of study.
- Provide proof of English proficiency (TOEFL or IELTS). Applicants may initially apply without this, but it must be provided later.

Legalization and Recognition Procedures
