Staff Scientist: The National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) is seeking a highly motivated Staff Scientist to work under the supervision of Dr. Lorenzo Leggio in the Clinical Psychoneuroendocrinology and Neuropsychopharmacology (CPN) Section. This position focuses on behavioral and pharmacological research aimed at developing novel treatments for addictive disorders.

Job Description

The position involves carrying out human laboratory experimental medicine studies and randomized controlled trials, focusing on the intersection of addictive disorders and neuroendocrine systems. The candidate will contribute to both inpatient and outpatient collaborative studies, conduct research to identify new targets and treatments, and mentor junior trainees.
