Eligibility/Qualification
- Be a citizen of an eligible country
- Satisfy the admission requirements of the partner university
- Able to obtain a Resident Visa (Code: FS) and Alien Resident Certificate (ARC) in Taiwan
- Have not held any other Taiwan government-sponsored scholarship in the same academic year
- Provide the highest-level diploma before July 31, 2025
Description
The TaiwanICDF International Higher Education Scholarship Program provides comprehensive support for students to pursue higher education at partner universities in Taiwan. The scholarship covers tuition, fees, housing, insurance, airfare, and a monthly living stipend.
How to Apply
- Complete the online application on the TaiwanICDF Scholarship Online Application System.
- Submit required documents to the ROC (Taiwan) Embassy/Office in your home country.
- The ROC (Taiwan) Embassy/Office will conduct a first review and send the list of recommended applicants to the TaiwanICDF.
- The TaiwanICDF and partner universities will conduct a second review and select the scholarship recipients.
- Successful applicants will receive an acceptance letter through the ROC (Taiwan) Embassy/Office.
