Eligibility/Qualification–
TEACHING ASSISTANT (Mathematics) – ON CONTRACT BASIS
Essential qualification:
- MSc. in Mathematics or equivalent degree with the good academic record.
Desirable: Knowledge of conducting tutorials, question and answer sessions, grading exams and assignments etc.
Job/Position Description-
IIT Goa invites online applications for the following Non-Teaching Staff positions on purely contract basis.
| No. of Position | 01 (ONE) |
| Duration of appointment | Initially for a period of Six (6) months. The appointment may be extended further based on the performance and requirements. |
| Consolidated Salary | Rs. 35,000/- for candidates with more than 2 years of relevant work experience after the qualifying degree. Rs.31,000/- for candidates with less than 2 years of relevant work experience after the qualifying degree. |
| DA | Not entitled to DA. |
| Medical Benefits | As per the Institute norms. |
| Leave Entitlements | As per the Institute norms. |
| Work Responsibilities | ● Conducting tutorials, question and answer sessions, grading exams and assignments, interacting with students, and preparing responses to clarify doubts related to the syllabus ● Any other work as assigned by the faculty coordinator/program head. |
