Title: Tenure-Track Faculty Position in Electronics and Communication Engineering
IIIT-Delhi’s Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering is seeking to hire a tenure-track faculty member with a focus on research areas such as VLSI, RF circuit design, and analog and mixed signal circuit design. The ideal candidate should have a Ph.D. from a top institution, a strong academic background, and a publication record in relevant areas.

Job Description: The selected candidate will conduct research, teach undergraduate and graduate courses, and provide external engagement plans for exploring industry/government funding. The faculty member will have opportunities to supplement their compensation through research grants, summer sabbaticals in R&D labs/companies, and consultancy engagements. The position requires the capability to independently develop and lead a research program and provide innovative, quality teaching at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.

Compensation and Quality of Life: The Institute provides a compensation of over Rs.2.30 lakh/month (CTC) for a starting Assistant Professor position. The campus is situated in Okhla Phase-III, New Delhi, near a Metro station, with suitable accommodation for faculty.
Technical Seminar: Selected candidates will be invited for a seminar on a mutually convenient date. The Institute can also consider an E-seminar if required.
