Three Postdoctoral Positions in Proteomics: The School of Engineering Sciences in Chemistry, Biotechnology and Health at KTH is seeking three highly motivated postdoctoral researchers to join the Division of Affinity Proteomics at the Department of Protein Science at SciLifeLab. The positions will focus on multiplex protein and antibody profiling of human body fluids, involving experimental setup, data generation, and advanced analysis. The successful candidates will work collaboratively within the group and with external partners.

Eligibility/Qualification:
Requirements:

  • Doctoral degree or equivalent foreign degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong motivation and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Background in experimental and/or advanced data analysis within life sciences.
  • Publication record demonstrating expertise.
  • Awareness of diversity and equal opportunity issues.
  • Proficient in English communication.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Doctoral degree obtained within the last three years.
  • Extensive experience in proteomics with a focus on data analysis.
  • Ability to represent the research group at international events.
  • Pedagogical knowledge and teaching experience.

Job Description:
The three positions are as follows:

  1. Profiling of proteins in plasma and CSF focusing on ALS patient survival and disease progression.
  2. Analysis of autoantibody repertoires in autoimmune diseases with a focus on vasculitis and systemic sclerosis.
  3. Development of multi-disease serology capability for high-throughput surveillance of serostatus within respiratory and infectious diseases.
