Eligibility / Qualification
- Degree: MSc degree (or completed MSc by the contract start date) in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a closely related discipline.
- Core Skills: Strong foundation in high-frequency electrical engineering or physics of electric/optoelectronic devices.
- Advantageous Experience: Prior experience with semiconductor technology, nano/micro-fabrication, THz or high-frequency measurements, and electromagnetic simulations.
- Soft Skills: Strong motivation to complete a PhD within the project duration, team player, advanced problem-solving abilities, and enthusiasm for research.
- Language Requirements: Knowledge of German is not required.
Job Description

- Write and publish scientific papers in top international conferences and journals.
