Eligibility/Qualification:

  • Strong computational and programming experience, particularly in C and Python languages
  • Proficiency in working on large research codes
  • Experience with MPI is desirable
  • Must be highly motivated and interested in turbulence research
  • Applicant must have a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

Job Description:
As a Ph.D. student in this role, you will be part of an interdisciplinary team working on understanding turbulence in vortex-dominated flows. Responsibilities include using and developing computational fluid dynamics and machine learning methods to advance research in this field.
