Focus on Multimodal Mass Spectrometry Imaging.
Eligibility/Qualification
- Completion of a relevant PhD (e.g., Chemistry).
- Excellent knowledge in analytical chemistry.
- Very good knowledge of high-resolution mass spectrometry (FTICR MS).
- In-depth knowledge of multimodal imaging and data processing for protein, lipid, and metabolite analysis.
- Experience in teaching, project management, and publishing.
- Very good English knowledge (C1 level).
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Job Description
- Conduct independent and goal-oriented research in the field of mass spectrometry for bioanalytical applications.
- Collaborate on projects utilizing mass spectrometry imaging for medical and biological research.
- Participate in teaching and supervise students.
- Develop innovative methods and concepts and engage in interdisciplinary scientific projects.
- Contribute to organizational and administrative tasks within the research group, research department, and faculty.
