Research Area:
The ideal candidate should have research experience in the field of probability theory, particularly in areas such as random walks on graphs and groups, aggregation models like sandpiles, branching random walks, or closely related fields. Furthermore, the role requires excellent English language skills, project management proficiency, creative problem-solving abilities, as well as a high level of motivation.

Eligibility/Qualification:
- Completed doctoral/PhD studies (desirable: a degree obtained before 01.02.2025 with a planned defense of the doctoral/PhD studies in mathematics with a topic from probability theory)
- Experience in the field of probability theory
- Excellent English language skills
- Project management proficiency
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and with students
- Strong team communication skills
Job Description:
The responsibilities of this role include independent research and collaboration in research projects, independent teaching, involvement in organizational and administrative tasks, as well as training and further education. Additionally, the successful candidate will participate in conferences, congresses, and undertake further training and administrative duties.
