Eligibility/Qualification:
- Completed doctoral/PhD studies in Sociology.
- Outstanding dissertation.
- Demonstrable expertise in survey data collection and analysis, with publications in established, peer-reviewed journals.
- Experience with experimental methods, a strong teaching record, and international exposure are advantageous.
- Proficiency in German and English (C1 level).
- Skills in IT (MS Office, Stata or R, and preferably oTree).
- Didactic skills and experience in e-learning.
Job Description: The position entails the development and execution of a personal research program in economic sociology, focusing on the intersection of economic phenomena and societal contexts. The role requires the acquisition of external funding and contribution to ongoing departmental projects. Teaching responsibilities include delivering courses regularly offered by the Department, adhering to collective agreement regulations. The position also encompasses administrative duties within the Department of Economic Sociology.
